I made this iceberg sometime last year (these topics are familiar to a lot of you), so there is quite a bit that could be added to “bring it up to date”. I think it’d be a good idea for anons to make one every couple of years, to keep the stream of new topics and ideas from stagnating.
LEVEL 1
Sugar is an antibiotic: Sugar has, and still is therapeutically used to heal wounds and stave off infections. Combined with antibiotics, it enhances their potency by waking up the otherwise dormant bacteria (Allison et al., 2021).
Aspirin is plant progesterone: Although aspirin stimulates the metabolic rate very similarly to thyroid, I decided to call it plant progesterone on account of its anti-estrogen, anti-aromatase, and anti-inflammatory properties (Oghazian et al., 2022).
Potassium is insulin: Insulin is not the only molecule responsible for allowing the entry of glucose into a cell. Potassium has very similar effects as well, hence why fruit metabolizes more fully and with ease. Treating diabetics with fruit juice is a sensible approach.
95% of the population is hypothyroid: Broda Barnes estimated the rate of hypothyroidism in the US to be 10% in 1936, 20% in 1941, 40% in 1976, and an extremely conservative estimated rate of 75% in 2024. In 1989, Dr. Jacques Hertoghe estimated the rate of hypothyroidism in Belgium to be 80%. I think it’s safe to assume nearly everyone you meet outside suffers from some degree of hypothyroidism.
0 TSH: TSH is an inflammatory pituitary hormone. The upper bound of its “healthy range” has been increasing over the years to cater to the ever-growing sickly population. TSH should be interpreted alongside things like the waking temperature and pulse, however as a general rule, the closer it is to zero the better a person feels.
LEVEL 2
Caffeine is plant thyroid: Caffeine is often called a thyroid surrogate because of its parallels and synergy with thyroid hormones. It increases the production of neurosteroids, and carbon dioxide, improves glucose oxidation, lowers serotonin, etc. (Concas et al, 2000)
RDA is 5000 calories: A higher RDA means a higher metabolic rate, as you generate more energy and heat. Increasing the total amount of energy available stabilizes the organism at a higher level, increasing complexity and intelligence. Apettite suppressants are evil.
Achilles heel reflex test: One of the most accurate measures of thyroid status that has virtually been forgotten about. It beautifully demonstrates how euthyroidism is closer to hyperthyroidism than it is to hypothyroidism, supporting the idea that slight hyperthyroidism can be protective.
Adaptogenic eggs: The cholesterol and other substances in eggs have antibacterial and system-wide stabilizing effects, aiding in stress resistance.
Creme Puff: The oldest cat ever recorded (38 years old), whose diet consisted of broccoli, eggs, turkey bacon, coffee, cream, and wine. Her owner “kept Creme Puff very active within the home, turning his garage into a movie theater that played nature documentaries…wooden steps were built into the walls for the cats to climb on…built a screened enclosure in his backyard to enjoy the outdoors.” An enriching and stimulating environment coupled with a protective diet seems to be a basic “prerequisite” for longevity, for all higher species at least.
LEVEL 3
T3 acts like hair gel: Hair follicle metabolism is closely regulated by thyroid hormones, increasing glucose oxidation and energizing the hair. Since “unmanageable hair” is one of the most common symptoms of hypothyroidism, T3 acts like hair gel by “livening it” and making it manageable. T3 also grows the hair, so its hair-promoting benefits shouldn’t be much of a surprise.
Mosquito magnet: Children tend to get bit by mosquitos much more frequently than adults. Carbon dioxide, heat, various blood serum steroids, and sugars are attractants, making healthy individuals a magnet to mosquitos.
Synchronicities: I should perhaps get around to writing an entire article on the idea of synchronicity, morphic fields, EMFs, and ghost phenomenon. I find it to be one of the last sources of novelty that always leaves me with surprise and excitement. Two individuals may share a synchronicity, or a meaningful coincidence, despite being far away from each other. Rupert Sheldrake’s, David Peat’s, and Michael Persinger’s work are most famous for the exploration of this idea.
DHEA dreams: DHEA dreams are sex dreams, or rather, in my experience they have been ones filled with themes of attraction, love, and the subtler aspects of sexuality that the brain may not be immediately aware of in the waking state. These effects are partly due to the increase in the synthesis of androgens like DHT.
Drunk homosexual flies: Fruit flies developed homosexual tendencies when exposed to alcohol, the lowered inhibitions coupled with an increased exposure to the estrogens caused them to form “courtship chains of amorous males.” (Ledford, 2008).
LEVEL 4
All perfumes are estrogenic: Anything that is an endocrine disruptor can be thought of as estrogenic, interfering with the function of our natural secretory pheromones. The only possible exception to this are perfumes using androstenone as an ingredient, an androsterone (potent anti-estrogen androgen) derived pheromone that has a musky smell.
Lactosucrose: Lactosucrose is an artificially synthesized sugar, which unfortunately isn’t digestible and is being explored to be used as a fermentable prebiotic by the colonic bacteria. I found the idea of combining lactose and sucrose intriguing, given how much-sugared milk I consume. Sucrose also increases the production of lactase by the intestines and thus indirectly aids in lactose metabolism, so lactosucrose as a concept isn’t a bad idea.
Vitamin E for orgasm: “Having an orgasm without enough vitamin E would be like sneezing without first inhaling, the effect is a series of very small, quick sneezes.“-Ray. This ties in with the idea that the hyperexcitotoxicity of estrogen promotes the sensation of an incomplete orgasm, where vitamin E or progesterone allows for a “full breath” or orgasm, by opposing estrogen.
Fake natty minocycline + aspirin stack: Minocycline stimulates the synthesis of DHT by 80% by increasing 5AR activity (Soory et al., 2000). This is partly why minocycline is seen as much more than an antibiotic; it reduces “honey trap” risk and stabilizes nerve cells (Watabe et al., 2013). Aspirin’s androgenicity comes from its direct anti-estrogen effects, however, it does decrease growth hormone as well, lowering the waterlogged muscle “pump” after a workout.
LEVEL 5
Dostoevsky’s undiagnosed hypothyroidism: Epilepsy is known to be caused by an excess of estrogen, and has been successfully treated with progesterone. Dostoevsky’s epileptic seizures and visions may have been due to his vegetarian diet, blocking the liver’s ability to detoxify estrogen. Ray concluded that the addition of animal protein into Dostoevsky’s diet allowed for the temporary cessation of his symptoms.
Cerebrosemaxxing: Cerebrose is galactose, brain’s true sugar. It was first isolated from brain tissue (hence the name) and found to be identical to galactose, the fruit/milk sugar (Brown et al, 1890).
Nose as the center of consciousness: The sense of smell is closely correlated with metabolism, and Luka Turin has shown that it’s much more than a “lock and key” mechanism but rather a vibratory phenomenon (he demonstrated that two differently shaped molecules with the same vibratory frequency can smell the same. Ray stated that the olfactory system is closely connected to our highest and best conceptual work.
“If everything were turned to smoke, the nose would be the seat of judgment.“ - Heraclitus
Healer hands: The use of hands to heal is a recorded and practiced phenomenon by people like Bruno Gröning.
“If the organism is seen as a kind of lens or pump for the ether, the neutrino sea, then special cases of its interaction would be expected to involve anything which normally depends on “ether excitation”: reaction rates, metal bending or breaking, adsorption, crystallization, and nuclear reactions are some processes suggested by the work of Polanyi and Dudley. The effects of “healers” hands on enzyme rates might be a case of this that is already well known.”- from Ray’s article ‘Neutrinos and Long-Range Interactions’
LEVEL 6
Paraquat murders: It’s an interesting case that’s still unsolved after several decades, not much to it…I think.
“Emanations from Blake College”: This was a book put together by Ray, that was confiscated at the border and never digitized. I don’t think a copy of it exists anywhere online as I spent hours looking for it. Nevertheless, my curiosity about its contents hasn’t waned a bit and I hope it resurfaces one day.
Menarche at 25: I’ve written an entire article on this subject here.
Schizophrenic mothers abort male fetuses at higher rates: I’ve written an entire article on this subject here.
LEVEL 7
Fiber lowers intelligence by increasing colon volume: High-fiber diets increase the length of the intestines since they are slow to digest and are fermented by gut bacteria. A larger gut takes energy away from the otherwise metabolically active brain, lowering intelligence. I think this partly explains the devolution of man.
“The metabolic requirements of relatively large brains are offset by a corresponding reduction of the gut. The splanchnic organs (liver and gastrointestinal tract) are as metabolically expensive as brains, and the gut is the only one of the metabolically expensive organs in the human body that is markedly small in relation to body size. Gut size is highly correlated with diet, and relatively small guts are compatible only with high quality, easy-to-digest food.”
No GI tract before the fall: I think the GI tract (also the low CO2 environment) is a fundamental aspect of our Fallen state, for the simple fact that the intestines respond to even a mere touch/stretching by dumping serotonin into the bloodstream; the need to eat signaling our mortality. High serotonin draws towards Earth, towards matter and bacteria like the roots of a redwood, a metabolically active brain towards the Heavens, like leaves to the sun.
Womb memories: Some people report memories from prenatal life, and there have been anomalous occurrences of people hearing them cry. Vivid memories of early life undoubtedly exist, and I don’t see why this wouldn’t extend to prenatal life given how high the concentration of progesterone and carbon dioxide are. Early life stress probably accounts for the loss of these memories.
LEVEL 8 - The topics in the last level are mostly anomalies that I think are entertaining to be aware of, a quick search on duckduckgo should bring them up.

Explainable anatomically: Sense of smell is carried on CN1 to the higher brain centers directly, bypassing the thalamus, the "great judge".

"The three odorants [lavender, eucalyptus, spiced apple] produced consistently different patterns of EEG theta activity and self-reports. These results suggest that odor administration is a reliable variable in manipulating neurophysiological response systems and may be influential in affecting human performance and mood."
